We provide a total package which can include all required tradespeople, making the process of creating your kitchen more efficient. You can relax and have fun along the way because you do not have to contact multiple tradespeople and suppliers.
Our Process…
- Visit our showroom to see the quality of our products and meet our team. We will ask you about your needs and wants in a kitchen and show you some inspiration.
- While you are here, book in a design session (you can also book online) with our dedicated kitchen designer. In addition to a dedicated kitchen designer, you will be allocated a client manager to oversee your project to ensure everything is completed to the highest standard and to keep you updated along the way.
- In order to understand your expectations, your kitchen designer will visit your home to view the space and discuss your needs in more detail. If you would like other rooms fitted with cabinetry, such as a laundry room or wardrobe, we can explore these as well.
- We propose a layout and options for material finishes, and then discuss cost estimates. We arrange your next appointment in our showroom.
- View your bespoke kitchen design, brought to life in 3D on a large screen in our showroom. Your kitchen designer will assist you with your colour and finish choices, we confirm costs and prepare paperwork for your approval.
- Once you have approved the project, a deposit is due, and you receive a 3D copy of your concept plans.
- Using our in-house manufacturing, we build your kitchen where all components are tested for fit and function to the highest quality. We deliver, build and fit your kitchen and other cabinetry in your home while quality testing again. We will leave your space clean and tidy, then touch base again in six months to ensure all is running smoothly.
