A Smooth Fibre Cement Substrate For Laying Tiles, Slate And Vinyl Over Existing Or New Timber, Particleboard, Engineered Timber Or Plywood Floors. Tile And Slate Underlay Is Designed To Protect The Finished Tile Floor From Movement That Occurs Naturally In Wood Based Flooring Products. Suitable For Interior Applications In Wet Areas, Semi-Wet And Dry Areas Such As Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundries And Living Areas.
  • Pre-Sealed To Improve Tile Adhesion.
  • Resistant To Permanent Damage From Water When Installed And Maintained Correctly.
  • Minimises Tile Movement And Potential Tile Cracking Caused By The Expansion And Contraction Of Wood Based Substrates.
  • Can Be Cut Easily With The HardieKnife, Minimising Dust On Site.
  • The sheets come with a pre-marked nailing pattern.
  • Can be gun nailed with underlay gun nails.
